I'm really disappointed with Cognito. I have always had great respect for Cognito and I believe their lessons can sometimes teach more than a teacher's. For every exam I have used Cognito's video lessons and their accompanying quiz questions, I believe the easy to use aspect of them motivated me to revise (as someone who would get 30% on their science tests from a lack of revision).For my most important exams, my final exams, my GCSE's, I came to Cognito to use their quiz questions to test myself on paper 2 science exams (which i find more difficult) only to find I must upgrade to 'Pro' for this. Quite frankly I am disgusted. I very much urge you to remove this aspect of you website. £6.99 for a science lesson? No thanks. Please don't respond to my review with an automated response like you have with other students, I'd rather use another platform.
