I was contacted by Cogo. I have a deal ready to go and was transferred to 4 different people. The one lender James sounded as if he had just woken up from a nap and told me he’d call me back. Timing was crucial for this deal and 2 hour later he never responded. I called the main individual who got me in contact with James and he forwarded me back through to speak to another individual. This girl never responded or answered either. While on the phone with the secretary I could hear her playing footsies and flirting with people in the office while we were speaking. Incredibly unprofessional. In time crucial deals this company is not the one to go with.
