Later that day, they called around noon to say it was a mistake and asked us to come back and exchange the medication.Since my daughter was at work, I, her father, went to the pharmacy. But they *refused to open the door*, saying it was their lunch break and told me to come back an hour later — just to return the wrong medication *they had given us*.We submitted a formal complaint through the company’s website. But instead of addressing the staff's mistake, they *banned me* from the pharmacy in response.First of all, from now on, neither I nor my family or friends will ever go to that pharmacy — because the staff *can’t even read a simple prescription*. They gave a *nasal spray instead of tablets*, which don’t even remotely look the same.Second, a pharmacy where staff *clearly do not care about people’s health* should not be trusted at all.Even the person who replied to my complaint — *Deborah Rowley* — acted just like the staff at that pharmacy.
