I dont know If the owner Johnathan was having a bad day or what. I have never seen or heard of any "Business" treating there customers the way he treated me. My tracking status said my package has arrived and ready for pick up. I went to my PO box and got out the yellow slip in my box and turned it in to get my package, but the post office worker said they had nothing for me. I gave her the tracking number for my package she informed me that she is sorry she must of put it in a different PO box, and hopefully whoever got my package will bring it back. I messaged Johnathan owner of CoilClout and told him what had happened and he immediately emailed me back and insisted I was lieing and that there is no way I could of talked to anyone that works at the post office in a mere hours. (10am my package was delivered I went to get it at 2pm). I have no idea what he was meaning by that. He just kept giving me the most smart elect responses not wanting to help me but instead was focused on insulting me with every email and saying im "banned". Which isnt a big deal anyone can go with a different name and another address so saying your banning someone is pointless. What makes him think anyone would want to order from his company again that treats there customers this way. This was over an $8.99 bag of cotton! I gave him the Post Office Phone Number 304-836-8094 and even the lady's name that I talked to that works there. He replied one time with "Since I have a personal line with the USPS to talk to them" The crazy part was that I never even asked for a refund nor even a replacement order. He kept emailing me saying, "You cant order here anymore and I guess your wanting a refund then? Goodbye" I do not want a refund or a replacement order, as I have already contacted my bank instead of dealing with him. I want to warn others to steer away from this company and save yourself from an inbox full of harassment from a toxic individual.
