Do you know that if anything goes wrong with the transactions, they won't refund anything? There was a day when usdt changed the fees and I tried 4 times to transfer my funds as I normally did but the funds turned back, there's no any records about his in my transaction history, but each attempt I got charged the fees that weren't returned. I contacted them, they replied explaining that there are some changes on fees, trx increased from 20 to 30 trx per transaction, and it's resolved please try again. I tried with the updated fee - all was good. so I asked - so what the fees I paid for the transactions that weren't processed (due to their fault obviously), and they replied shortly - 'Unfortunately, we can't refund that.' So, this is what you should expect if you lose anything due to their fault, such a scam 'user-oriented approach'.
