I would give it a negative rating if I could. In previous years I have had big losses from them but I decided to try again as I thought they may have improved.No,I tried to send ($420) BTC to a wallet address which they not only stopped but blocked my ability to withdraw without even consulting me.I decided to cash the BTC out.That part went ok until I tried to withdraw. My bank account had to be "Verified". I was told that I needed to send a token amount from my bank.I am unable to send any funds to a crypto platform and most Aussie banks are the same.Coinbase stated on 2 occasions that they would send 2 token amounts to my bank to verify it.After waiting for 2 weeks and reminding them twice they now deny it and say that it is the only way.It is clearly intimidation as they are aware of my past of being scammed and how difficult it is to change banks after that. They are clearly arrogant and callous.I recommend to consider using anyone else but these scammers.No amount of negotiation will succeed with this unprofessional platform.
