I would not use this service for their customer service alone. I cannot speak to the quality of the product since after waiting 2 months I have not received it. Initially on their site they said 3-4 week delivery. They did not even provide an update until I sent them a bunch of emails which they initially ignored for a week. When asking to cancel they again just keep ignoring my emails.I'll update this if they send my money back.update: after contacting shopify I was able to get a refund from the seller
