Josh reached out and contacted me by text message, wasn’t pushy, answered all the questions I had on the products and pricing, and was kind enough to throw in a couple extras when it looked like one of the higher priced plunges would suit my size better. He emailed a cart with all the items I was interested in directly to me. After I made the purchase, I needed to make an adjustment and he responded immediately, even though it was late in the evening, that he would take care of it for me. Will update the review after products are received, but just based on customer service and ordering experience, I am very impressed and would highly recommend.
