I purchased one of their chiller unit and bath attachment for my wife's birthday as a surprise. Unfortunately she has no use for it. When I inquired about returning the unit and attachment I was told that I would be responsible for a 30% restocking fee as outlined in their return policy. The funny thing is that you return policy only refers to a 15% restocking fee!!! Regardless of their return policy, I thought I was entering a risk free transaction because of their "Worry-free plunging for 30 days. Try Coldture for 30 days. If you don't love it. Get a 100% refund. No questions asked." claim. So much for honouring their claim...I am embarrassed that this company is Canadian.
