Edit #1: I was waiting for a ship notice so I followed up with ColdTure, 8 days post purchase. Well, after a few reps gave me the stock answer I spoke with the sales rep. I found out the unit I ordered is on back order for two weeks....which I was not told when I ordered. Edit #2: Item received.Short information video on the the ColdTure Pro Lite Tub.I have had it about one month, it is an upgrade from a drop stitch tub with chiller. Pros: Clean look, insulated cover, rotomolded tub with insulation, components covered, timer (to shut on/off) via control panel not in an app, temps from 37-105F.Con: Communications around shipping
