Have to tell you that there is service and there is Hospitality!! I had the pleasure of working with Lee to help me out with setting up our coldture Pro plunge and he went ABOVE and BEYOND- working with me on a FaceTime call to ensure everything was going great. He was patient, incredibly well informed, and if he didn’t know the answer to something he immediately went and found it out for me. This wasn’t a 9-5 thing- he worked with me at all hours to ensure we got what we needed! So amazing! Appreciate you Lee so much!Then not knowing if this was a one off or not- I then was having trouble with the link to purchase a start up chemical pack for the tub and sent an email to Josh who was originally helping me order it (Lee introduced the two of us). It is 10:00 PM now and I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE with Josh from Fernie who helped me get exactly what we needed. This is not your ordinary company!! This is good old fashioned Canadian Hosptiality and it makes me so damn proud to have bought from them!The tub is incredible in terms of workmanship and quality but it’s the People who truly made this Canadian company something special!You can’t go wrong ordering from Coldture! Incredible products and even better people! Thanks Lee and Josh for you care about my experience! Never forget it!
