I have been researching home cold plunges for a while. I was impressed by the Coldture website and the pricing on their portable unit. After culling down our options on cold plunges, I contacted their customer service to ask a few questions and to inquire about delivery times. I was astounded that I was able to set an appointment for a rep to call me the following day (on a Sunday afternoon!) Josh called and answered all of my questions. I placed my order on the phone with him then.I look forward to receipt of our cold plunge in a couple of weeks and will be sure to write again once we have a chance to use it.
