So I ordered a Christmas present on Black Friday. Cole Hahn canceled the order 4 days later and didn’t tell me. There was no reason for the cancelation. I did not receive a refund until 11 days later and escalations. Then, foolish me, ordered the jacket on the 12/12 and it never arrived. I just got an email saying shipping label created, but the carrier never received it. Customer Service can’t cancel late orders, nor can they call the warehouse. They have to ask Corporate.It’s obvious Cole Hahn doesn’t care about logistics or providing quality customer service. You’re take a huge gamble shopping here.
