I got the 10 day trial and payed a very small fee and I know that I went through all of the cancellation process before the end of those 10 days and it said my account would be deleted - but I have still been charged and I have tried to cancel it several times today but it has been seemingly unsuccessful and it says I will still be charged. If anyone is thinking of getting it - please don’t, it’s not worth it. This is clearly a very dishonest company and I am angry that I have still been charged after cancellation before the end of the 10 day trial period.All I want is for my account to be deleted entirely and my subscription cancelled. I have contacted them through the website but have yet to hear back.
