I have been charged for £38.06, I have no receipt, no invoice, nothing, I am sure I got something for £1 and now this, this money has come out of my dads credit card and I would appreciate a refund as I have not used whatever it is I have been charged for. I have no idea how to cancel this as I don’t have anything to log into. I find this very untrustworthy and quite frankly feel like I have been scammed, I have tried to e-mail but apparently e-mail address is not recognised, I am really angry and feel like money has been stolen from me and my dad!!!Would appreciate a quick reply before I take this further
