I have just spent the better part of an hour trying to follow the instructions and cancel my membership. I have logged in multiple times! This is the worst possible scam. Your website is claiming anyone can cancel at any time, however this is not possible. After I went through all of the cancel screens, I was finally shown an error message that states: "The Subscription is handled by the subscription schedule and updating and any cancellation is not allowed...". After searching the internet, I read that some have had to cancel their credit cards. This is complete non-sense and a SCAM to say the least!!!
