Still waiting for my refund of 2 x $49 ...Very-very disappointed and frustrated. I've been trying to contact them for weeks now but no response. I only purchased a $1 "No catch" deal for 1 credit download, but they were still charging me $49 per month for pro membership for two months now, which is almost $100 in total for literally NOTHING. As it turned out it was a 10 days trial as well which renews automatically, not considering that I haven't used my account neither have I received any bills just about my very first $1 charge. Additionally, the system does not allow you to cancel pro membership, only through their very poor customer service. Very very suspicious and tricky, they advertising their no catch deals without any refund opportunities. Be very very careful with them, once they get your bank details it is hard to make sure that they won't charge you the next month.
