That is not true because they make it impossible to cancel the membership. You don't get a login possibility or you cannot change your password to do the following: - Hover over the profile icon in the menu bar (you may need to scroll down slightly to view)- Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu- In the Left Menu, click "Subscription"- Then click "Cancel"Do not do any business with them, they are fraud!Just see the responses below. They do not take it seriously. It's a robot responding.
