I have attended their free class in May2020, was said that I can cancel subscription anytime. However when I logged in there is no option to cancel the subscription.After that it showed that my login details don’t match, so have tried to reset my password numerous times from June 2020 and still haven’t received any password reset email.They have been charging my credit card ever since, it’s not a recurring payment so cannot stop it. I have also tried to cancel my old card in the hope that the payments will be stopped, but hey who I am kidding totally failed. I have been calling my bank ever since to stop the payments but Cole’s classroom have been somehow managing to take payments out of my account every month. I have messaged customer service team numerous times and even tried on Facebook messenger for help. It’s a total scam and I have fallen for it. I would change my mind if I get my money back but at this point I am still going fight for a refund.I would not recommend anyone to not even attend a trail class and please don’t give your card details.
