If I could put minus as a score, I would. I’m actually in shock in how I have been treated by this company. Not only are the fees very over priced for the standard of living the apartment holds, the customer service I have received in the build up to moving out has been beyond shocking. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, at the same time the AC broke down, and the company couldn’t find me a temporary apartment so I was forced to stay in the apartment and become intoxicated with the fumes. A friend of mine had to help me get through to management to find me a temporary apartment and we were confronted by the rudest manager, who swore used disgraceful language. Understandably, I decided to move out early after being treated like this, even though I had paid for the remaining month. Since then I have been met with appalling service, passed around, promised lies and ignored as I legally am required my deposit back.Stay away at all costs
