Good evening, I had an unpleasant experience at colife twice. First time was with my roommate, I was living peacefully until this roommate came to live with me. She was unbearable, she constantly mentally abused me, she was not kind and she made me reach to a point where I had frequent panic attacks and reaching out to colife, they did nothing much in first few days until it reached to a point of no adjustments.I asked them to give my deposit back as I was suffering a lot and they refused to do so.I sent several messages regarding the situation and my mental health was getting really worse, after many conversations with co life they finally found a way to change my location and room. They offered me a room and a different building to stay in, i made sure I had nothing else to pay for before moving in that space. After moving in to a new place, 8 days later they asked me to pay 800 dirhams along with rent out of the blue. I told them that no one mentioned anything about paying any amount and I had proofs as well but they denied and refused and I was forced to pay that amount by arranging the money. Btw I have been staying at co life since Sep 2023-Aug2024. Recently, they deducted the amount of deposit. It was falsely claimed. I am still having a conversation with them trying to prove that it was unfair of colife to do so. They charged me for someone else’s damage. Its not fair. Overall, my experience with colife was average.
