I had a very disappointing experience with Colife.First of all, they never sent me the self check-in details, and I ended up waiting at the airport for hours. During my stay, the Wi-Fi was constantly an issue they hadn’t even paid for it, and I had to keep reminding them. On top of that, they still haven’t refunded my deposit.Trying to reach their customer service is pointless. They ignore calls, messages, and emails, and instead push customers to use their app, which is useless since no one actually responds. The property itself was poorly maintained most things were broken and clearly not looked after.Overall, Colife feels completely unprofessional and careless with customers. I definitely would not recommend booking with them.
