I will spare you the full account of the HORRIBLE experience I had with this agency. The only thing I would like to point out is that, despite the fact that it is expressly stated in the contract that the deposit will be returned after a maximum of 2 months, I have still not received my money back after 4 months. Apparently, apart from being completely incapable of doing their job, they are not even able to make a simple bank transfer. The most serious thing is their total indifference, they completely don't care, they answer my e-mails saying that the money will always arrive next week, but to date, still nothing! I would not recommend this agency even to my worst enemy.
