I found the website through google, I am a non-driver and had a 5 big bags of clothes to be rid of. It was a really simple and easy process and I really like the fact that they do a free collection. I had an email after my initial request promptly and when I said I’d be out for work they said I can leave them on the doorstep to be collected so this was really suitable for me. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet the driver as I had already gone to work that morning but when I came back the bags had gone. Really good service. Thank you
