On Oct 10th 2025, I have spoken with Mark and he spoke to me regarding funding and suggested that I should do the credit cleaning. He told me that the cleaning was $350 and I can get financing in a week and expedite everything for funding. I did receive the paper work as stated and I was told that it would be uploading on the credit bureau website as well. I still didn’t see any changes on my credit report at all. I tried calling Mark for the past couple of days and left messages and nothing in return. So I called collection removers main line and spoke to John on Oct 21st 2025 and he was rude and unprofessional and stated that I was ungrateful that I spent only 350 the service was actually over 2000 and did i pay that and stated no so I need to leave them alone since they did my “credit repair” and when I’m ready to get funding call back then. He hung up on me and I tried to call back to speak to someone else and the phone was just ringing. I was quoted one price of 350 and didn’t mention there is more payments or anything and I stated that to John and he was unprofessional rude and disrespectful as he supposed to be a worker for the public. I don’t know how it is for the credit repair part if it’s working or not but to see this behavior makes me regret of working with this company. Mark was a help but John isn’t professional, rude and disrespectful to their customers. I have proof of the conversations as well.
