Following up on my earlier review, I feel this is a scam as there have been no changes to my report whatsoever. They asserted they were addressing my credit report, but I haven't seen any improvements. I've attempted to reach out to the support team multiple times and left messages, but have received no responses. I think I was deceived out of a significant amount of money with no assistance provided. PLEASE AVOID THIS; THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
