It appears that Collect+ may not be providing adequate training to the staff at their drop-off locations. I recently utilised their delivery service for an eBay sale, and the experience was far from straightforward. The customer had already paid for shipping, and I printed the prepaid label as instructed. Upon dropping off the parcel at my local Premier store for Royal Mail collection, I received a notification indicating that the parcel I had just dropped off was ready for me to collect. Concurrently, the buyer, located hundreds of miles away, also received an erroneous notification that their item was ready for collection.I returned to the Premier store to rectify the situation and clarify that the parcel was for dispatch, not collection. However, the store employee I interacted with did not speak English. Despite my attempts to explain, she provided a receipt indicating the issue was resolved, but the tracking information contradicts this. I am now concerned that the item may not reach its destination within the timeframe the buyer paid for. I have previously attempted to contact Collect+ regarding similar issues, but their customer service has been unresponsive.
