Never normally have a problem doing the collect plus. However this time got told extremely rudely by the guys at budgens pin Green stevenage that the parcel was too big and yodel will refuse to take it as can only be 40cm x 20cm. They then refused to stick the sticker on the box or give it back to me. So no idea what will happen to this box. This is a box from perfectdraft which is one of their boxes, and budgens pin green is on the list of companies who I can return it too. So very confusing. Package is 50cm x 25cm
