A service offered as an option on eBay. Collect Plus.Bought an item and was given the option to have it delivered to a COLLECT PLUS location at New Kings Rd by PARCEL2GO. According to P2G the shopkeeper said ‘No-one here of that name ordered that item’ and refused the parcel (!) I’ve looked online and this had happened to other customers for this address. Contact phone number for C+ is dead. Website asks that you contact your courier. It seems it’s the Wild West out there… where shops claiming to accept COLLECT PLUS items can say no on a whim. The item wasn’t large or dangerous. So I’ve no idea why they would refuse it, eBay seller is annoyed as am I. COLLECT PLUS should either provided the service they offer or remove the point from this shop.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
