Review of experience at Rishins N10 1LR.Absolutely awful. My partner warned me that the woman working here had refused a larger parcel he tried to return, resulting in him having to travel to the next collect+ who had no issue with the size of the parcel.So I checked dimensions etc before making my way. Got there and she looked at the parcel size and refused to take it staying that collect+ can only take parcels under 60cm and that my box was clearly over 60cm. We went back and fourth, my stating the box was within the dimensions (it was 51cm) and her saying she knows it is not and that she cannot accept it. I am not an argumentative person but this caused me so much frustration. She was so rude and ignorant, refusing to listen telling me I was wrong, she even told me to look at all the other parcels that other people had dropped off and that they only accept small parcels! I told her to measure the box to and if it was over the size I'd take it elsewhere. She said she had nothing to measure it with but then eventually finds a measuring tape. Of course it was within the dimensions and she still refused to take it. Telling me that she has no space for it and that the driver will refuse and it's not her fault. Honestly, I cannot tell you how frustrating this situation was. No apology for her telling me I was wrong and she was right of her absolute lack of customer service skills.I stated that it was within the dimensions she stated and that she needs to take the parcel. She reluctantly took it but asked for my details saying that I would need to come and collect it if the driver refused to take it. She then asked me to leave the parcel by the door, on its own, no safely designated area. Obviously just being difficult and didn't care as she didn't want to take it. Upon reading the reviews it seems they get paid per parcel so I can see why she made such a big deal.She clearly stayed that in that shop they do not accept big parcels (even if they're within the dimensions!!) So this should be looked into. It is unfair on the collect+ customers.

The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.

    The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
