Collect+ were cracking. "Edwinstowe Convenience", however, where incredibly unprofessional.Collect+ have been great. They sent the labels out. It's been received back at the retailer. Can't fault the service.Edwinstowe Convenience were incredibly rude. I was ignored by one member of staff. The second member of staff just blankly stared at me until I asked them if they were available to help.I was told to take my parcel off the counter (by the other member of staff who had initially ignored me upon entry). I only needed a surface to lay the parcel down to stick the label on.I was then barked at that I had to put the parcel in the sack. No idea what sack they were on about. So I just left it on the counter and walked out.Incredible rude and unprofessional.
