Parcel was left in a bush outside of my house. No note or anything through the door to give me any indication anything had been delivered, only knew because my email said it had been delivered and it clearly hadn’t been, at least not to any decent standard you would expect from an established company. Second time this has happened to me recently. Sort out your couriers, honestly.

The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
