I drove 20+ minutes to my closest Collect+ collection point to send a parcel and was turned away.They had run out of storage to keep all the parcels because Collect+ / Yodel had not collected for 4 days. That is outrageous and simply disrespectful to their customers and the agency!To compound matters, I complained but the help desk agent was bloody useless and seemed unable to comprehend the problem, or the fact that the shipment number was not in their system because neither was the package - and that was what I was complaining about!48 hours later and the promised follow-up to my complaint has not materialised.Collect+? More Like Collect-!

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.

The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby.
