Had Items to return to Virign, who charge me if I don't send them back, so they give a Yodel Collect Plus label and a box to return the items, I took the packages to a store that had Yode Collect Plus on 1/2/23 at 21:11, and got a receipt, with tracking numbers.Tracking shows them picked up the next morning and delivered to "my local depot" the same day, then on 3/2/23 they were processed at the national hub, and then again at the national hub on 6/2/23, and then the tracking stops, still showing as sitting in the national hub as of 13/2/23.I used the online chat, and was told that these type of parcels are collected and stored, then sent to the retailer in bulk and that the driver cannot scan every parcel. And that it normally takes between 2 and 3 days. And I should contact virgin nmedia to find out if they have got them. Why bother giving me a tracking number if they dont use it.What the hell does that response even mean? It's about the "instore experience"???, No actually, its about posting parcels and them being delivered, Oh yes, I had an absolutely spiffing time "in store", It was so much fun that I don't even mind that they lost my parcel. Get a grip.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
