Extremely high pricing. Avoid this service at all costs. They charged me $514 to move just one couch and one chair for donation. That's not a mistake. Two items for five hundred fourteen dollars. The job was simple with no complications. Yet, I received an invoice that felt more like a punishment for trusting this service. The entire experience felt like bait-and-switch pricing. The marketing portrays this service as friendly and reasonable, but the reality is aggressive billing disguised as smiles. You only realize the absurdity of the charges when it’s too late. This is not premium service, nor is it transparent pricing. I strongly advise against using this service if you value fairness and honesty. I will never use them again and urge others to reconsider as well.
