The truck arrived on time. What I did like is the amazing job Paul and Emilio did. They were friendly, helpful, busted their tails for us. All things were moved efficiently. On the other hand, Anthony the team lead, lost screws for my desk and didn’t make sure they were reassembled properly. He also promised us he could take a desk away at no charge for us to come to find out he did not have manager approval and charged us $167. I could have easily put this desk on at the curb and someone would have taken it away for free if I had know this to be charged. They also left behind, a TV packing box and garbage that should have been take away. I called called the Manager to complain and he assured me he would speak to the general manager to approve the refund of the desk disposal and send someone to get this trash. He never called back. 2 days later I left a voice mail wondering when I’d hear back and no response. Such a shame the work with part of the team was good and the rest was really bad. I will not do business with college hunks again
