Hired this company to publish a book for me. Paid them exactly what they asked for and they immediately began pressuring me for more money. They were very insulting and even went as far as calling me cheep and stating that I would get what I paid for. Their final result is on Amazon and it is unacceptable and doesn't even work. In all honesty I don't think they have any clue what they are doing.
