I placed my order on October 9, and it still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve reached out multiple times—no communication, no updates. I understand that some products may be out of stock as fragrances can be niche and pricey. In light of this, they could have informed me that shipping would take longer than expected. Now it feels like a scam since I’m being ignored for too long. Terrible customer service.
