First, the product is ineffective, do not waste your money on the GLP-1 booster. Simply a grift to take money from those who don't want/ can't afford/ insurance won't cover GLP-1 medications. Predatory practice number one.
Second, you are automatically signed up for a subscription, and do not get any notification before the product renews and ships, so you have no opportunity to cancel. Predatory practice number two.
The fine print says you can cancel after the first auto subscription and cannot request a refund. You certainly can request a refund, but will have to wait to receive the shipment, return for refund (minus a restocking fee, of course), and wait until the returned product is "inspected" and restocked. I'd strongly encourage you to follow up on status, as the company will not provide any update unless you do.
Bottom line, I do not recommend doing business with this company. The product does nothing that it claims to, the staff is difficult and condescending, the company engages in blatantly predatory practices, and there is zero follow up on their end. Save your money for a gym membership or a legitimate prescription. Save your sanity by not buying any product from Colonbroom.
