I received my package with the products that they said I needed for my type of hair after they send you through the questionnaire so I thought I should give it a try but when I received my product it was damaged one of the conditioners was busted open and all over the box and the other products after trying many times to reach out to you i haven’t been able to speak to anyone apparently you have no good customer service skills totally ignoring customers like me you better believe I will not buy your product again
