My wife and I went to the cavendish road branch to seek a new Lino floor for our downstairs toilet. We found a couple we liked and first guy who saw was very helpful in giving us a quote. While we were making our minds up, the first guy had to see other customers, which is fine, so when we was ready we approached another person. I asked them the price again, although it was same price range and his quote was around £20 more so I asked how can that be? With that he was quite rude and abrupt stating perhaps you were not quoted for the glue. Despite this we purchased the one we wanted. When the day of fitting arrived, the fitter turned up who was a lovely gentleman and did a fanatic job of fitting and it looked brilliant and you can tell it was professionally fitted, so glad I didn’t attempt to do it lol, however no glue was used which is also fine, but the moral of the story is be careful what you are being charged for and although we didn’t, don’t be afraid to ask questions and ask for a refund for anything if you need too. Would I use colourbank again? Dispite the one rude person, I would probably say yes as the price and quality of what we chose was good.
