The service had been great. From our initial and only visit to the store everything was managed and paid for over the phone. And went smoothly. Fitting went well and they arrived and fitted efficiently. The only thing we are disappointed with os the join line in the carpet. We can see it and it's in a place that it is noticeable and where we can't cover with the sofa etc. We were told it would be near the stairs which would have been great but it runs right in front of the fire place and can't be disguised. Only grumble.
