Customer service is terrible. I ordered a pair of jorts that arrived faulty, I asked to swap the item for another item, to which they agreed. I then paid the price difference as the other Item I wanted was more expensive. I ordered this item at the end of july/start of august. After being told multiple times that they were awaiting stock, I just stopped receiving emails altogether. I’ve chased multiple times and have not had a response at all. I’ve requested an update or a refund, whichever is easier for them to give to me, but we’ll see how that goes.
