The customer service at this place is awful. It started off ok when I wanted to exchange an item but then the customer service team would just stop emailing me back, it happened 2 or 3 times where we would decide on exchanged items and they would just stop contacting me and do absolutely nothing. It felt as if they were just trying to wait me out so as to keep my money and the returned trousers (which were terrible quality). Finally after 4 or so months of constant emails on my part they refunded me the money for my initial purchase. This is the bare minimum they could have done, they didn’t offer apology or compensation or anything. Absolutely terrible way to treat your customers for an overpriced brand. Avoid!!
