The online portal worked well for queries, and they allowed direct debit for management fees, which is positive. However, the transfer took an excessively long time to process. Additionally, they charged a 25% withdrawal fee on cash during the transfer, which was incorrect. If I hadn't noticed, it would have gone unnoticed. This reflects poor management of my finances, which is the main reason for my low rating. Also, I found the interface and the process of searching for statements to be complicated, and it doesn't function well with certain browsers.
