Comfee called as the product I ordered was out of stock but they provided a free upgrade (its practically the same thing).The website has a union Jack heart next to the products, don't be fooled into thinking these are UK made, they are obviously made in China.Would be good if they sold accessories such as a high quality extension hose and window kit. the one it comes with is way too short
