Firstly , I would like to say that this air con unit is very good I haven’t tried it out yet on really hot days but so far so good.Some reviews say it’s very noisy but personally for me the fan noise is very soothing I like the noise.Secondly, customer service was excellent I had to change my order to a cheaper unit and this was no trouble for the friendly staff it was done straight away and a refund was paid back immediately.I highly recommend this product and company.
