I paid over the odds for a machine from this company, based on the promise of guaranteed next day delivery. They told me the item was with their logistics carrier on Tuesday morning. It didn’t arrive. After that they didn’t answer emails or phone calls. I eventually found their logistics people, did Comfee’s job for it, and the item was delivered the next morning.The logistics team told me the item was NOT with them when Comfee said it was. I still need a part for the machine but they still aren’t answering, so it’s court next. I would never buy anything from these guys ever again!Update. 3 August. Comfee may have seen my review! In fairness to them I want to give an update.This afternoon it seems all hands were to the pump. They sent through the missing part and this has arrived, making the air conditioner finally usable.They’ve also refunded me the difference between their unit and the one I could have bought cheaper but had to wait longer for.I feel they’ve been extremely fair in sorting this out now. I’m in the position I would have been if I had gone for the cheaper unit from another brand.I’ve tried it and really like it. Their customer service and logistics are poor but if you’re willing to do battle I think the machine is excellent.I’ve registered the 3 year warranty that comes with it and that was easy to do.
