I will not use this company again. Received my order and upon inspection it was damaged. The damage is beneath the filter cover (which was slightly ajar) so almost impossible that it happened in transit. Sent an email to explain immediately including photos and phoned them twice (their phone is set up to go straight to voice mail). No reply by email or phone after 2 days. I then tried phoning the tech support phone number (3rd party company) and ended the call with them as this is not a tech support issue.I then received an email from comfee-uk apologizing for the delayed response, asking where I sent the email to? (I sent it to the email address provided within the order confirmation email, as outlined to contact for damaged goods, which is their main email address).I have requested a refund now, and will update this review with the outcome.
