Order #43995This company not UK. Website says 30 day money back if not happy. I am not happy and want a 100% refund, bras purchased are not fit for purpose. Customer service now ignoring me which I believe to be delaying tactics.I am 34DD ordered 3 bras and sizing far too small. Raised a complaint quickly. I am astonished that returns are at my expense to China when company advertised as UK.I was told a free of charge larger size would be sent to me. Once happy I could order again via a shop credit. I was happy to accept.Free of charge bra never arrived.Asked for update.Next email from customer service said return at your expense to China or accept 50% refund.This is totally unacceptable. Avoid buying from this company.I objected and I am now being ghosted.
